SHIPPING
Anything customized take about 1-2 weeks to make. When checking out you can pick "local pickup" and pick up your customized item if you're in the Saginaw area, but if not shipping time varies depending on your location and the weight of your item. You will get a tracking number emailed to you once your item has been shipped off.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
As far as returns WE DO NOT accept returns or exchanges, however if there is a problem with your order you can email [email protected] within 24-72 hours of receiving your item with a description of what was wrong and we would love to help resolve the issue!
